Refund policy

At Expeditions, we strive to offer you the newest and very best products available. We hand select each item that appears on this website to ensure that it is of the highest quality and will make your next outdoor experience more enjoyable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we’ll refund your money or exchange any item as long as you make a request within 14 days of delivery. For returns, there will be a 2% restocking fee taken from your refund to cover the shipping label. You can return your unused items along with the original packaging, tags and receipt to:

If the package was damaged in shipment, please call 205-561-1712 or contact us via e-mail at mrushing@woods-n-water.com before returning.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that we allow 2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

All Clearance and On Sale merchandise is final and therefore non-returnable.
